We are located less than 3 minutes away from the Highway 78 freeway. Our house is on a very quiet easement. There is parking for two cars in front of the rental. All other guests are encouraged to park on the street. We are close to all shopping needs.
The rent per month is $1,100 (month-to-month). Longer term leases are available and can be discussed if you are interested. The security deposit of $600 is due at the time of lease signing.
This is a beautiful little space. We request that you provide a credit report dated within 30 days of the date you fill out the rental application.
